Step 1:
Click the Windows mark at the bottom left of the desktop –> Select “Control Panel”.

View by : Select Category -> “Uninstall a program”
Step 3:
Select “Turn Windows features on or off”
Step 4:
Select .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
Step 5:
Select “Download files from Windows Update”
Downloading of required files will start. Wait a moment until it finishes
